What are the ranks and how do I get a higher one? I am guessing that minor noble is not all that great lol.

The ranks just indicate how many posts you have made on the forum. This post: http://www.degreeforum.net/off-topic/13186-okay-so-how-do-you-get.html#post97417 explains it all.

Yep! Post count â your post count is seen on posts to the right of your name, with join date and location â doesn't differentiate between "thread-starter," "original posts" (in a thread, the person who starts the thread is often called the Original Poster, or "OP"), and posts in reply on existing threads.
