Thomas Edison Phone lines??? - ejcompere - 10-14-2013
Hi, I've been trying to call TESC since a little after 8am (EST) and am getting NOWHERE! no calls are going through any where. The main line says the college is currently not open. When I tried other lines I keep getting answering machines saying the people are not in office right now. I have gone through most of the numbers on the contact page, even calling vice pres and the presidents office and no one is in! Any one know what's up or when people will be in?

Schools are closed here today too - it's Columbus Day! I'd imagine them back to work tomorrow.

It is very popular for east/northeast schools to get the federal holidays off.

no offense taken... I was totally unaware it was a holiday over there today and was kind of starting to wonder if the school had collapsed :pthanks for the list! I actually had looked up their events listing earlier to see if any "off" day was listed today and didnt see anything

I've been trying to log in today and turn in some assignments, and can't access my Moodle courses on my TESC student online account. It lets me log in, but none of my courses appear. I wonder if they are working on the site today since it's a holiday, or if it's just some sort of glitch on my end.

I dont know. But when I was calling (or trying to) I was getting a recording from their main line that said some stuff about office hours and then went on to say their OnlineStudentServices were down for maintenance but would be completed by Oct 10th... so it should be done... but yeah, if somehting didnt get back up properly they might not know yet because of the holiday... hope that doesnt affect your schedule and grades!
