Prometric (DSST) customer service - gunit1 - 08-16-2013
Hi all,
Has anyone had any negative experiences with regards to DSST's customer service? They took 5 weeks to send me a paper and pencil exam result back to me after they kept insisting it was on its way ( it was most likely never mailed out). They told me before that they could not track exam results (even though someone gave me a date an exam result was mailed out before). Now I ordered my transcript and they sent me 2 military copies (not in the military and the other one should have went to TESC). This was 3 weeks ago and they said they mailed another one to TESC and they still have not received it yet. I called up about this again and a rude guy just said to wait another 1-2 weeks. I asked to speak to a manager and they said they have to have an appointment and it would take up to 3 days for one to call me back!! They sent me a duplicate score result in the mail instead of my Here's to Your Health exam that I'm still waiting on 3 weeks later
. Any one have similar issues? Something major happened to their staff or something since I never had problems until the past 2 months.
