I can't find any practice tests for Precalc - jm82792 - 07-20-2013

For some I time froze on Alek's Precalc since I found it far more difficult then any other subject I've taken, but I managed to get maybe 75 subjects done. Fast forward three months (or two week ago when I had the simple revelation that I need to suck it up and it's not that bad) and add in a lot of unexpected work, and I have two weeks until the time I fly over to Oahu then take the test. Right now I have 130 subjects done in Aleks and I am getting maybe 15 or so done in a day to perhaps 25 a day if I I try harder. I usually use REA's books but they aren't good from what I hear.
I am reading people have used Peterson's for a practicer exam but I can't find Precalc and the only other source for an exam is the offical exam which I'm purchasing right now. But I know they are rather short so it won't offer a lot.
I'm really wanting to hone where to go with this and not simply "fill the Pie" within Aleks then cross my fingers with the CLEP.

Any help you guys can give me would be greatly appreciated.

The Peterson practice tests that I have seen do offer practice tests on Precalc. Not sure where you are looking and I also assume that all websites that show Peterson CLEP practice exams are the same.

Could you please give me a link for the Peterson's practice tests?
I don't see them on their website and I'd greatly appreciate it if you an point me to them.
I'm reading it's decent of a resource and REA's book might not be as bad as I thought.

Right now I am tearing apart the official CLEP practice test but I want to get a bit more range to seer where I am at.
I seem to be lacking in trig and some in functions. If I were to take the test I might score a 50 so hopefully I can increase my odds with 10 days of study to gather some intuition and how to use a graphing calculator.

If you are not in the military, I would suggest doing a search on local library systems that might have the Education & Testing Reference Center database subscription. We have one in our area (Newport Beach Public Library in Orange County, CA), but you will need to find one local to you. With the library system in our area, as long as you have a library card there is no fee to access the site. Otherwise, I believe there is a fee to access these practice tests via Peterson's website.

You may also want to check into any Trigonometry tests, as Trig, in a lot of cases can be synonymous with precalc since it is used A LOT in Calculus...

Thanks for the help everybody. I was definitely fooled from Aleks since it's so slow paced.
My lack of comprehension for trig is not good. I'm taking the official practice test right now and I'm guessing get half right or so. It's like I know everything BUT trig and it's killing me. I'll checkout the link and go from there./
I looked at Peterson's website and can't even find a place their to purchase anything in regards to Precalc!
That's strange since they have other CLEP exams listed for a price...
