TESC policy in regards to American-earned credits - bs13 - 07-18-2013

Hi,
This is what I was told when I contacted TESC to know about foreign credits transfer policy.

"The policy in regards to American-earned credits is as follows: International students with college-level learning assessed from another country must complete at least 30 additional U.S. college credits and meet all the area of study or concentration degree requirements to obtain a Thomas Edison State College bachelor’s degree. Therefore, they must be US earned credits"

Does it mean that I need to take COURSES from US institute for 30 college credits? or I can use CLEP,straightline,FEMA etc for 30 credits?

thanks
BS.

You can CLEP, FEMA, etc. the other 30 credits. No need to take courses unless you want to.
