I am wondering if anyone knows of a good music school, with a decent tuition price, that accepts a lot of CLEP and DSST. That's a tricky combination Smile. But just thought I'd ask and see if anyone else has experience with this.

You might want to check out Valley City State University in ND, vscu.edu. They will accept any accredited AA program with at least 39 Gen-Ed requirements for a waiver of all their own reqs. You can earn your entire BA Music without residency. Cost runs $400/credit hour. They're fully NSAM and NATE accredited. Your online music courses are by live video streaming or prior recording. If you need performance credits, they have a way for you to acquire them them locally to you. My son is completing his non-accreditated BA Music at TESC and took several UL courses at VCSU. It's a "real" music school with a very unique program.
