Can anyone tell me what type of credit should be designated for this type of course? Social Science, Humanities, Elective credit etc.

It went to free electives for me.

Nutrition from a biology department will be SCIENCE credit (gen ed) It must have the bio prefix: BIO210 for example
Nutrition from anywhere else (culinary/consumer science, health/nursing/medical, etc.) will be free elective.

I used the TESC nutrition class/exam to fill my science requirement.
