Hey everybody!
I was just wondering if anybody here has a sample degree plan for a social sciences BA or BS at COSC? If not, one in psy would help me out a lot, too! The plan should have as many CLEP, DSST, ALEKS, FEMA & STRAIGHTERL. in it as possible.
Is is possible to do the entire degree without taking a class at COSC(expect for cap + corner)
Also, how hard are the cap + corner ? Is is very hard to do them both in one semester (and to get an A on both)? Is there a lot of writing involved?

Corner and Cap are about wtiting, and revision. If your average good at that and put in the time to do it right you can do well on both. My capstone was 25 pages or so long.
Your degree difficulty will lie in getting the 18 upper level credits in the major and 9 more to go with the capstone to give you 30 total. There just aren't enough UL tests to do it. Go to the COSC site and search for "master list of exams" you will see what I mean.
CSU-Pueblo independent study has a boatload of UL Sociology that would work at about $125/credit, U of Idaho has a few Psych/Sociology UL at about $100/credit.
