Which CLEP(American or English Literature) is most similar to AP English Literature? - Exempt - 07-28-2012 Question is in the title. Also, if anyone knows whether I need to know anything more than what's necessary for the AP English Lit exam, would you please tell me what to new things to study? Both CLEP exams equate to the same credit for me, so I'm just curious to see which one is most similar to the AP English Literature, which is what I've taken. Thank you in advance. If you did achieve a 4 or 5, I do not believe any university is going to give you credit for BOTH the AP English Lit exam and a CLEP Lit exam. In regards to which exam is most similar to the AP English Lit exam, did you actually go to the CLEP website (CLEP - College Level Examination Program (CLEP) -Save Time. Save Money. Take CLEP | College Board CLEP Site) and read the exam descriptions provided for the lit/composition exams? This is YOUR education we are talking about, so I am not understanding why it seems so difficult for candidates to do some research on their own. You took the AP Lit exam, so you should be very familiar with the subject matter. |
