No and No. Many users on here have and are completing their MBA and they tested out of most of their degree.

It may depend on which school you choose. There are also going to be other considerations - GPA, selectivity of the school, etc... You should contact the school that you are interested in and ask them.

You will likely be OK at the vast majority of schools. The more desirable/selective programs may be a different matter.
Remember that many (though very certainly not all) MBA programs will require an undergrad core of classes. In other words there are certain classes you will need as an undergrad before being allowed into an MBA at many schools. The llist varies a bit but essentially consider the following:
Common Body of Knowledge (from Eastern New Mexico University MBA requirements)
ACCT 200 Survey of Accounting, OR
ACCT 201 Introductory to Financial Accounting, AND
ACCT 202 Introductory to Managerial Accounting
BUS 230 Legal Environment of Business
ECON 200 Survey of Economics, OR
ECON 221 Principles of Macroeconomics, AND
ECON 222 Principles of Microeconomics
FIN 315 Managerial Finance
MGT 313 Management and Organizational Behavior
MKT 201 Principles of Marketing
STAT 213 Statistical Methods
If not completing the whole list above at least consider Accounting, Management, Marketing, Macro and Micro Economics, and Statistics.
With that said, there are still many programs that will let you in with little or no business background, some just don't care (Western Governors), others will require fundamental grad level courses as part of the actual MBA (AMU/APU), Some like Chadron State in Nebraska will offer a pre-req test and a chance to remediate if you fail.
Unless you have your heart set on HBS or Wharton I wouldn't worry too much about it.

I was thinking of UNC MBA program for finance or some decent MBA eventually
