Clep official study guide and Peterson scores.... what does it all mean? - rational - 06-06-2012 Trying to determine what these scores indicate about my readiness for Psych Clep.... Clep guide I had 44 out of 79 correct, and the Peterson test I scored a 58............ Am really sensing that this might be cutting it close and so am going to spend more time on the flashcards, but was hoping that I could gather some general thoughts about these practice tests; incidentally I did not sense that I gleaned much in this regards from the specific feedback area, so thoughts would be appreciated. Clep official study guide and Peterson scores.... what does it all mean? - Tyrean - 06-06-2012 Well I never took the official study guide for any cleps, but for all my cleps I've taken so far if I can manage a 45 and above on Petersons I feel confident and haven't failed any CLEPs yet using that method. The Petersons to me seem to always be a lot harder than the actual tests.. Everyone's different though, I would say you're fine, just be confident! Good luck Clep official study guide and Peterson scores.... what does it all mean? - Lindagerr - 06-06-2012 We all have our own grade we like to reach on practice test before taking the real thing. Personally I like to get at least 60% correct on practice test before taking the real thing. Some others are happy with 50%, so you have to decide what is right for you. Most would say you are probably ready and could squeeze by with a pass. I would say more study couldn't hurt. |
