I'm goning to be starting at amu, I'm tring to register at goarmyed.com however they do not have my bachelors degree on file, this is preventing me from signing up for my grad clases.
Does anyone know how to fix this? classes start in aug that I want to take, so when oct hits I can reuse the TA benefit again.
I tried contacting goarmyed but they are no help, they said I had to contact someone in my state yet didn't give me any info on who or how to reach them. I live in michigan.

I'm not sure if you're active or not, or commissioned or not; but I would say contact whoever your S1 or MPD is so that your degree can be entered onto your ERB/ORB. When you view your education record in GoArmyEd, it should say that you have attained the previous level degree. The information feeds directly from the Army Personnel Database maintained by S1/MPD, not any education center or GoArmyEd themselves.
