Does anyone know of a independent study college that is accredited but offers non proctored exams?

You'd be more likely to get an answer if you identify specific courses you would like to take. I doubt that there is one that has only non-proctored exams for all subjects they offer.

Thanks for replying. I Am referring to biology, technical physics, algebra and trig.

For biology, if you just need an introductory course, see if CLEP or Straighterline (if a lab is needed) meet your needs. If you are also looking for 200 level courses and above in biology, I suggest looking at New Mexico Junior College (these aren't IS, but were not proctored back in 2010, including the introductory bio courses).

I'm not sure what Technical Physics is.

Algebra and Trig- see if CLEP and/or ALEKS meet your needs. I doubt you will find a university or college offering courses that have unproctored exams in math.

Double-check with your school first whether they'll accept credits from ALEKS and Straighterline because not all of them do!!!

Another option for biology and algebra at least is KCTCS. Both are offered, have unproctored exams and are regionally accredited.
