Straighter Line Intro Biology wth lab Complete - RugbyMan187 - 02-05-2012 This was an easy project. Some cool experiments. All in all it will take you 7 days. The only reason is because you have 1 experiment that takes 7 days. Everythign else is a few hours of 1 full day. Pretty easy. I didn't like paying $99 for the esciencelabs.com science kit. Didnt have to use everything in it. But all in all wasnt bad.. For the 4 credits I needed for AMU Science and all done with Straighterline. If you need any help with this course, other courses, or anything to do with Straighterline let me know. I can help. Straighter Line Intro Biology wth lab Complete - Travis4687 - 02-05-2012 7 Days? Impressive. I'm going to go ahead and do this one, along with Intro to Anatomy w/ Lab for my 8 credits I need at AMU. Do you think I could do the lab while deployed? I'm currently in Saudi Arabia but I have a ton of downtime. Straighter Line Intro Biology wth lab Complete - drewthedude - 02-05-2012 Do you still have the textbook? And if so, want to sell it? I really like the idea of Straighterline to knock out my science credits, but I hate the idea of footing the bill for expensive textbooks. Straighter Line Intro Biology wth lab Complete - RugbyMan187 - 02-05-2012 You should have no problem completing the lab in Saudi, Actually you should be able to do it alot faster, I know the heat and sun there. Travis4687 Wrote:7 Days? Impressive. Sorry Man drewthedude Wrote:Do you still have the textbook? And if so, want to sell it? Straighter Line Intro Biology wth lab Complete - RugbyMan187 - 02-05-2012 Hey Travis4687 are you military? Straighter Line Intro Biology wth lab Complete - Travis4687 - 02-06-2012 I am. Active Duty Army. Straighter Line Intro Biology wth lab Complete - RugbyMan187 - 02-11-2012 I recommend everybody takes StraighterLine biology with lab. Its an easy lab and only the tests are graded which only have 10 questions each. The uploading photos and other assignments are not graded there only to show that you are completing the assignments yourself. If you need 4 credits for science this is they way to go or to apply for electives. The key is to take the introduction to biology without the lab and once you complete it , call and tell or email straighterline you want to take the lab and they will not charge you any fees. You will however have to pay 99 dollars to eScience Labs, Inc. | 21st Century Hands-On Science Kits for the lab kit. Need any help or have any questions message me. I hope this helps. Straighter Line Intro Biology wth lab Complete - yayonyc - 02-11-2012 I just finished up the Intro to Business which was a great class...took me a bit only because I tend to travel alot and the hours are bit crazy. It can be done in a short time if you really apply yourself. I actually ran thru the last two exams on Friday and Final today which was nice. Question: I see that you have taken the Econ 1 and 2 courses, any good advice on those classes and how did it take you to get thru them. Also, looking for some good study material or practice exams for DSST Technical Writing. Hope you can help. Straighter Line Intro Biology wth lab Complete - RugbyMan187 - 02-11-2012 For DSST Techincal Writing I went to the exam specific in the forums and just studies what other people posted. Studied maybe 7 hours tops then took the test. It pretty much goes over what you may have already learned in school. Pretty easy course. As for Econ 1&2, I try to get the e-textbooks for all the Straighterline courses. Its easier to search and find the info, also cheaper than buying the book. But seriously, just look at the exam specific portion for any clep or dsst and most of the time people will post their study notes. I did the same for Here's to your Health. Hope this helps and let me know if you have anymore questions. |
