literacy instruction.... - aliza613 - 12-29-2011 how hard is this test...?? i read 3/4 of the teaching children to read..did the two practice exams...this is my last test for BA ...any suggestion??? literacy instruction.... - Lindagerr - 12-30-2011 Do you know at least the basics of all the books they tell you to read? I found reading the children's books came in handy. I also spent the ($65 I think) money to take the practice test it was worth it. If this is all you need you should make sure you will pass. literacy instruction.... - aliza613 - 12-30-2011 i heard there are only 10 question on the test about it...i dont really know any books ..but i haVE A LINK i think i guess ill review that right before test..thank you! literacy instruction.... - Lindagerr - 12-30-2011 If I remember correctly there were a few questions here and there through the test that referenced a character or situation in one of the recommended books. Most of them are not big books and you can probably get them at your local library. If you read 3/4 of the Teaching Children to read (Very dry reading) you could probably knock out a few of the children's books in no time. I think mine had questions on Number the stars, Because of Winn Dixie, and Maniac Magee. The content guide was also a good resource for preparation. I thought the sample questions in it were a good representation of what to expect. |
