Some of the CLEP/Dantes that are considered UL at TESC are LL at COSC. Can you get credit at TESC and transfer it to COSC as UL or will COSC know its a CLEP/Dantes and assign the LL credit to it?
Will COSC accept FEMA credits from an ACE transcript?

Cosc is going to look at where the credit was earned, so it will almost certainly be evaluated as ll credit. Fema independent study courses don't go on an ace transcript as they are not ace approved. Up until now cosc has only accepted those fema if transcribed through another college like Frederick cc.

Thank you for clearing that up. Can the FEMA credits be credit banked at TESC and then be sent to COSC? That's only about $400.

You have begun this journey at a very good time my friend, http://www.degreeforum.net/excelsior-thomas-edison-charter-oak-specific/15527-cosc-fema-game-changer.html#post117929 Looks like Charter Oak is now accepting FEMA direct (as they should have been doing all along).
If you go this route please let everyone here know how it goes...you could be the first to do this as far as I know. I would love to hear of someone actually getting FEMA onto a COSC transcript in a direct manner.
