I've attempted to register so that I may access the Specific Exam Feedback Board by clicking on the "Standard" but the page returns an 'SSL Error'.

I think what you are saying is the link to pay to join IC for the Standard membership is not working on this page: http://www.degreeforum.net/register.php4

In the mean time, try to sign-up through the main IC page (top right): InstantCert - Study Guides For CLEP, DANTES, ECE, And GED Exams
