Does the test score matter? - Hunterw0026 - 07-27-2011

Hi everyone,

I am new, so I hope I am not re-asking too much.

So, I understand there are 90 questions in about 90 minutes for Introduction to Psychology.

I got a used text book cheap from Ebay and studying my brains out!

My understanding is over 50 is a pass.

So, should I be really trying to get a perfect score or is that not ever viewed on the transcript? A pass is a pass, not really in the same understanding as a good grade point average?

Thank you! Confusedeeya:

Wendy

Your transcript will only show pass/fail, and your score will not be reflected in your GPA. I like to use practice tests as an indicator of how much study is enough. If you can score well on the practice tests (which are usually a bit harder than the real thing), you shouldn't have any problem passing. Good luck!

How it is listed on the transcript must vary by school. Excelsior does include the score on the transcript, even though CLEPs are pass/fail and do not affect GPA.

Which school are you attending?

Is there a way I can find out if GSU will have the scores on my transcripts?

Thank you,
