Is the only way to request a transcript from FEMA to your school via FAX or is there an electronic submission option?

I've checked FEMA's website pretty thoroughly, and that seems to be the only option available.

you can also mail it. the address is on the bottom of the form

As previously said, you can mail it or fax it. I have a scanner, so I scanned the document into my computer and used one of those free fax websites. My request was received with no problem and TESC got my transcript.
