I submitted my ACE course request early this morning. Still no response from them 10 hours later. How long should I wait before trying to re-submit request? I'd like to move on to next Aleks course.

which courses did you request credit for? I know that aleks courses take only a few hours if submitted same day during business hours and if submitted after business hours it would be approved around noonish the next day. for my DAU ACE approved courses it took nearly two to three days for an approval.

It was for Aleks beginning Alg. So it should have been done by now, right? Should I re-submit or will that screw things up?

around what time did you submit it? honestly you could resubmit it they will only approve it once anyway. when i passed the college algebra i had put in two requests by mistake then when i didnt get a response by monday i kindly put a third one in and it was approved later on that day.

The one course I needed to get transcripted through ACE, I had a little problem with it but one phone call and they talked me through the process. It was confirmed within 2 days, I paid for the transcript to go to EC, and they confirmed receipt within a week - even though they said it could take up to 2.

okay i dont know when they process the requests now. my husband completed an aleks course tonight and got an approval back almost instantly.

In following feedback on the forum, it seems the initial request has taken anywhere from 1-3 days. After that it will usually take 1-2hrs during business hours.
