Open Learning Initiative - grauwulf - 02-16-2011 Open Learning Initiative MIT has a similar program, but this one by Carnegie Mellon seems to be a little closer to a 'class' than a lecture. Looks pretty good. I'm thinking of trying the French course this summer just to see how it is, and then taking the french language clep as a direct evaluation. Anyway, there are a lot of great resources on here. The critical thinking courses look particularly interesting. FYI CMU has a distance M.S. program now for Info Services (and a concentration in info security!) which has put them into my list of schools to apply to. Check it out if you're interested in such things. |
