Just passed dsst intro to business, one more before I'm done - ryoder - 01-26-2011 Today I passed the intro to business dsst. This is my final test before my tecep in business policy. After that I'm done. I just need Thomas edition to validate everything. Who knows I could be wrong, like they might not grant elective business credit for aleks business stats and I might have to pick up one more info sys credit but those are minor. It's going to be great to say I'm done. Just passed dsst intro to business, one more before I'm done - burbuja0512 - 01-26-2011 NOOOOO - I don't want you to be done because then you might stop posting here WOW That's so cool. That must be a great feeling! GREAT JOB!! Just passed dsst intro to business, one more before I'm done - ryoder - 01-29-2011 I'll keep posting for a while at least. I like this place. I was also thinking of doing another bachelors but we will have to see. It needs to be something i can complete in between starting my MBA. DH wants to do a BA in psych from TESC. I really like studying with him, so I'm kind of tempted to sit for the same tests he is going to do. DS wants to do a few tests that I haven't done, and I help him study as well, so if I know the material, I might as well go take the test, right? Besides, now that I can see the light at the end of the tunnel with my testing, I'm not sure that I am ready to stop yet. I'm having fun! How I'll manage all that and the MBA remains to be seen... Just passed dsst intro to business, one more before I'm done - ryoder - 01-30-2011 I see your goal was a BS before 35. Thats a great goal. I just missed it as I turned 35 on the 27th! Just passed dsst intro to business, one more before I'm done - marianne202 - 01-30-2011 Congrats on being so close. It is a great feeling to cross that finish line. Keep up the great work and you will be posting your "I'm done" thread before you know it. It's exciting to be this close to the finish line. Where are you thinking about doing your MBA? I'm in the same boat right now. Just wrapping up the BS and thinking bout MBA somewhere. I kicked around the idea of doing a second bachelors in the meantime, but I'm just going to take a few extension school classes instead while I decide what/where (and if) I should apply for B-school. Just passed dsst intro to business, one more before I'm done - GlennOwns - 01-30-2011 congrats! Good feelin, i know! Just passed dsst intro to business, one more before I'm done - ryoder - 01-30-2011 I am strongly considering western governors but am looking for alternatives that are business school accredited like ashford or something in state in florida. I want to finish in less than a year at my own pace though so it rules some out. My true love is Spanish and I really would have loved to major in Spanish if had any relevance to my real job. So I am pretty sure that I wouldn't change my mind regarding my bilingual MBA plans. I could care less about the business part of it (though it will help at work), but am looking forward to taking classes in Spanish. |
