General Ed Electives vs. Free Electives - robsteffens - 12-17-2010

I'm looking at TESC's Liberal Studies BA degree and was wondering:

There are 18 credits of 'General Education Electives' and 27 credits of 'Free Electives.'

What exactly is the difference?

Thanks in advance!
Rob
