Straightliner - 2-hour test? - iCLEP2 - 12-11-2010 How strict are they with the graded exam time limit?...my inet connection is very slow and will time out or lock up while I'm testing so I keep going over two hours...I've taken two tests so far and both times I went well over three hours...anyone know if I will still get those points? Straightliner - 2-hour test? - burbuja0512 - 12-11-2010 Is there free wireless around somewhere or a library you could go to? The community college I use as a testing center allows free access to their computers and I don't think they actually check if you're enrolled as a student there. (I'm not and I've used their computers while waiting for DH or DS to finish up a test) I haven't taken my SL test yet, but I would assume that a time limit is a time limit. Not sure that a slow connection could be used as an excuse. I would just not risk it and try to get somewhere with better internet for just a short time. You should email your SL advisor. I work with Andrew Hoon and he's pretty quick to answer questions. Straightliner - 2-hour test? - iCLEP2 - 12-11-2010 I'm currently underway and sometimes our connectivity is hit/miss. |
