all i have left is math and humanities and i am down to having to take college mathematics and humanities. does anyone know how hard these tests are? i have the study Books and i am using instatcert will that be good enough. the reason i am so worried is the last tests i took i missed it by jsut 1pt.
i got a 399 on ethics of america
and 49 on analyzing and interpeting literature

Hi There!
College Math is pretty straight forward. Either you know it or you don't, there's really not the possibility of making educated guesses on the questions. The good news is, if you do well on IC, you will probably pass the CLEP with flying colors.
Humanities is a totally different animal. I took several weeks to study for this one, much more time than I usually take. I read every bit of advice on the specific feedback thread and used the attached study guides and used IC. What I did was go through IC and every time IC talked about something I had never heard of, I went to Wikipedia and read about it.
If you've got a very well-rounded background in the arts and music, you might find this one easy. I thought it was very broad and tougher than expected, though some people who have always liked arts/literature find it simple.

well it suxs i failed by 1pt each can they review my score at all. but ya, i took the college the algebra clep and got a 45. but i have been studying the college matematics. but i will use what u say that helps. i'll keep ya posted.

Math is not my strong point, but it is doable. One thing I did that helped was for every concept that you don't understand on IC, go to Youtube and look it up. For example, I remember hearing some dumb song on youtube called "mean, median, and mode" and it was really lame, but totally helped me. The week that I was studying for math, I actually stopped listening to music when I was working out and used my iPhone to look up math concepts on youtube. There are some really good math teachers out there with great videos. Take advantage of the free learning!
