CLEP precalculus question - sandy_ - 08-05-2010 Has anyone taken the CLEP precalculus test? If so.. Was it hard?? Because I am planning to take the pre cal clep and I am not sure what I am getting into? I went to this Gale Cengage Learning website (Peterson practice exam) and they have this 3 practice tests for precal. .. I am taking those to practice but I am not sure if the real exam is like this⦠If anyone out there has taken pre-calculus please is there any advice and Iâm not good at math lol. CLEP precalculus question - sirjake - 08-05-2010 I took it about a month ago. It was challenging, yes. I actually got my lowest score ever for a CLEP (52). A pass, but only barely. If you enroll in InstantCert, you can access the exam specific feedback for this test which has more information from other test-takers. CLEP precalculus question - Levi - 08-05-2010 Have you heard of the CLEP Professor software? Would highly recommend it for this test. Precal was probably my most difficult exam yet. If you decide not to take the CLEP, you can use the ALEKS program, but I personally would take the CLEP. And the Peterson's practice exams are usually pretty accurate. I always say that if you score at least 60% correct on Peterson's, you are more than ready to pass the real thing.
