Need help with choosing study materials for priciples of finance DSST - cutstep - 06-11-2010
the dsst fact sheet recommends two books to use to study. both have online editions that provide quizzes and alow you to review the material
essentials of corporate finance
and
fundumentals of financial management
essentials is incredibly in depth and has many complicated tables and formulas (it expects you to solve questions about annuities without the tables)
fundumentals is more of a broad overview with some basic TVM and straightforward ratio analysis
my question is which is the going to be the best to study from being that I have to take the test in five days? I dont think I can study both. do I study the one that is quite complicated that will give me deep understanding of a few concepts but risk losing myself in the minutia or do I study the broad overview and have general knowledge of all the concepts but risk missing quesitions with specific complicated focuses.
this is my last test before being done and I work in the world of finance so it shouldnt be too hard but its psyching me out
I cant get into the specific test feedback section so Im a little stuck as to what to do
