ndelcollo Wrote:I have a request for a new course. Study.com currently has a good amount of the required courses for the BA Psychology degree and the ones they don't have can be found for decent prices elsewhere as far as I know. All except for one course. SOS-450 Ethics in the Social Sciences has to be done through TESU at this point and that makes the BA Psych much more expensive than it could be. If Study.com could add this course to their catalog, this degree would really become an enticing option.

Seconded. I've mentioned this in the past, and they seemed open to it. We'll see how it goes.

For the record, that class was a joke and very easy. If it wasn't so expensive I'd say just take it at TESU.

How much is it for TESU? Around $1500 right?

Out of state, correct.

Mine was a little cheaper ($800 or so) because i paid the upfront "enrolled option" fee (reimbursed by my employer's tuition reimbursement program) before taking any TESU classes. But this option is no longer available. The new $2000 waiver actually would have saved me money over the old enrolled option fee ($3400 or so) since I only needed 2 TESU courses.

Though my work would have been less likely to reimburse the $2000... so who knows.
