Just on college boards website and fill out the transcript request form and mail it in with your payment. I think you might be able to fax it in also. It should take a week or so.

That's how it's normally handled. They will both come in at different times. TESC should know they are waiting for additional transcripts.

Updated evaluation and 3 questions, please. So, I'm sparing the details of the second evaluation but essentially my CLEp credit has not arrived yet, they told me they will do one more evaluation when it arrives
1. Before I receive my clep credit it seems I only have 17 credits left, if they match what FIU awarded me for those cleps 11 credits (less than what CLEP board recommends) I will only have 6 credits left to graduate?
2. I'm sending over my resume, the form attached, my business cards, copies of my licenses (certifications), what else can I do to make sure when I send this over the dean will accept it?
3.Well this seems to suck, so in essence I only received 4 credits for my finra exams and one of them was placed in Ethics (prloko) as you told me, so would I request them to place this elsewhere?
when I spoke to an advisor he thought me taking 24 resident credits seemed absurd, it was like he had never heard of someone considering that. I guess it's because I have so few credits left to graduate, I explained the financial burden of taking teceps vs enrolling outweighed the option but he mentioned something to the extent that there are not enough tecep or cleps to satisfy what I wanted to do. I will just ignore his advice since he was not a business advisor (I need to set up an appointment to speak to one)

It seems another 3 of your FINRA credit WAS accepted, but it duplicated exisiting credit you had.
As far as what your advisor told you, I would ignore it, ESPECIALLY if they were one of the initial customer service reps that answer. Some of us on this site suspect they are an outside subbed call center. They never really have any expert knowledge. Always asked to be transferred to advising, or the registrar as they have better answers (not always correct either).
Long story short, there are plenty of TECEPs. The TECEPs you take need to be able to fit in your degree requirement. So if you take a TECEP and you already have credit, it should replace one of your existing credit slots.
As far as your ethics course, check back on my earlier post when we discussed your FINRA credit. Find the document, speak to the registrar or an actual academic advisor and see if you can get the credit reclassified into something finance related. Try seeing if they classify the one as Money and Capital Markets (FIN-361); it has a different course code and lets you get rid of the duplicate credit. For the ethics, search google and see if another college has a financial ethics course. Show your advisor the course and ask if your credit can be reclassified as finance related, maybe they will give you one of those "special topics" designation, something like FIN-299 or FIN-399. May be worth a shot. If not, accept them for what they are and move on.

You have a 2.667 GPA for TESC's graduation purposes, but you do not have a TESC GPA until you take a course.
It looks like you lost a lot of credit went unused in the transfer. That one pending course looks like they are waiting for documentation from you. Speak to an advisor to see what they need from you.
I'm curios as to how TESC would treat your courses if you switched to General Management rather than finance, if you were further along. Use the academic eval tool to see how TESC *might* treat the credit.
On the bright side, you have more credit to TECEP out of.
