RE: Regionally accredited college accepting online credit transfer - tesu-acct-student - 01-12-2019 I just thought I would chime in with my experience with the California board. I did not take any courses from study.com or straighterline, however I did take one clep and a couple of dsst tests. I also have portfolio credits. I never heard from the board about those credits, and I am officially qualified to sit for the CPA exam in California with those credits on my transcript. The qualification occurred before I finished my master's and I did not submit any credits for my master's in order to qualify. It seems you have an undergraduate degree with the proper accounting-related course. Is that what allowed you to meet the qualification to sit for the CPA exam in CAL?
