I emailed her a few times also and she NEVER responded, even after she stated in her webinars that you can email her with any questions you have. Yeah, right! Your best bet is to ask your questions in the webinars if you want answers.

got it. BTW, how did you deal with the question that referred to weakness/problems for 2010? Since that was in the past, did you answer in that context, or current day?

DBRENNAN118: As to weakness/problems in 2010, I addressed the 2010 issues. Evans suggested in a webinar that you could incorporate the latest information on Southwest Airlines but that seemed like opening up a can of worms.
