But KayV's suggestion, Lassen College, (AS gunsmithing) IS a CC. But it could still be expensive -- one has to acquire 35 different firearms. I would be hesitant to quote numbers from a "free market" think tank without more details on how they calculate the figures. Notice they don't link their source documents.
