Just wanted to give an update for people who are waiting for their parchment email:Well, I finished in March and mine was conferred in April yet not a word; so it must be in a batch that is larger than all others. Either that or it got lost along the way, because persons whose degrees were conferred after mine have received their email and the digital copy of their diploma. Also, for those of us who finished in March, ours really should not be caught up in the "large number of degrees" they would need to confer from May onwards. I guess it is what it is. RE: Parchment Email for diploma? - joshua27 - 05-21-2023 Who is the best contact to speak with in regard to degree conferral and/or receiving our actual diploma? Would it be the registrar's office or someone else? I sent Jessica an email a week ago asking this and she never replied, I suspect she's tired of dealing with me lol. The Registrar's Office cant tell you who the specific person is that is handling graduation. RE: Parchment Email for diploma? - Jwheels27 - 05-26-2023 I just received my UMPI diploma in the mail yesterday! It felt surreal finally having it in hand considering how long I waited since I actually completed my final course. The Parchment diploma lives up to all of my expectations! No misspellings or improper font whatsoever. And the UMPI seal at the bottom is raised. Looks and feels like a legit college diploma. I owe a debt of gratitude to the people of this forum and everything you do! Thank you all, you know who you are!! https://imgur.com/a/V4kU9Fb RE: Parchment Email for diploma? - dsec2013 - 05-26-2023 (05-26-2023, 05:46 PM)Jwheels27 Wrote: I just received my UMPI diploma in the mail yesterday! I checked their spirit store, no dice. So I found one on Amazon, just says "Diploma of Graduation" on the front. For $10, "that'll do pig, that'll do." RE: Parchment Email for diploma? - Robin Ahmed - 07-10-2023 Conferred on March 10, yet no email received, neither from parchment nor UMPI. Emailed Lisa a week ago, she hasn't replied yet. Can anyone tell how to proceed in this situation? Keep in mind that UMPI is closed on Fridays in the summer and many people are working reduced hours and are taking vacation as it is summer. Also make sure you email from your UMPI email account. RE: Parchment Email for diploma? - Sylvia Yang - 07-19-2023 so do I. I am asking the same question RE: Parchment Email for diploma? - bjcheung77 - 07-19-2023 (07-19-2023, 04:48 AM)Sylvia Yang Wrote: so do I. I am asking the same question That's great, but, what is that question? Don't keep people guessing! There are 4 pages, and each page has 'different' questions... |
