Did you ever get to speak w/ a manager? Outcomes?
Is there a OSS/MyEdison login? ID?
Have you tried for example COSC or does it need to be TESU?
At this time I would suggest to either go to COSC or just start a new application.

Yes we've communicated through email and phone calls endlessly. After hearing that his SSN was "frozen" we weren't even sure what to do but after pushing they said it's fine now. He does have an OSS login and it's showing everything received. He also has the email confirming that payment was accepted and the evaluation is finished, but after logging in, it's just not there.
He really doesn't mind COSC, but every time I find a degree plan it seems to already be out of date. I'm going to spend all morning going through the forum to try to find one or two that might work. Every post talking about COSC mentions how difficult it is to find UL credits. It also seems like a lot of the degree plans on the wiki are years out of date.

Call (609) 777-5680, or email enrolled@tesu.edu. Ask to review the evaluation, next mention you don't see it (if it's an email attach a screenshot of the empty page)

Got a response. We have to submit everything again and pay for a new evaluation because a year has passed. Thanks everyone!
