photomom4 Wrote:OK I am confused as well by GoldPaws post. What do they mean by CLEP credit not being awarded or being taken away? That is nothing to joke about.

As for lurking, I consider someone who is not a registered member to be a lurker. I am raising and homeschooling four kids while trying to complete my degree as well. I am a registered member. I use this board as it benefits "me", when "I" need it, then post if I have time. Which is not often. In fact, I should be studying for a CLEP I have in the AM but, GoldPaws post has really disturbed me.

Could someone please explain what the post means or is referring to?

I would not worry. Just study and pass your tests. Steve and the admin. gang have a good eye for inappropriate posts from my experience. This is a very ethical website. I would not worry about anyone "taking away credits":p

Yep, that's why I often don't add my '2 cents' to posts that have lots of replies, unless I've got a bit of different info to add.

Now, on this one I'll have to differ with you. Of course you have something to offer!!! Every single person who takes a test, pursues a degree, or just wants validation of the knowledge they've learned over a lifetime has a slightly different experience to offer, and different viewpoints, opinions, thoughts and questions are always welcome and useful! And heck - if it wasn't for the questions and experiences posted, there'd be nothing interesting for all of us users to read. Please, don't hesitate to join in the discussion, ask your own questions, and offer your own experiences, views and thoughts. That's what this board is all about...at least that's what I view as it's most important function. Smile

Hello- I Just want thank those who do share their insight on these threads. As one of older members- '73 HS grad- its taking me a while to figure out the system. I promise to return all the help- and more- I've gotten so far. Thanks, Greg
