Both exams give the same number of credits, one is done with a human and the other a computer avatar asks you to talk about various subjects one after another like hobbies, or how do you feel about the government of the country. I did the computer exam, took around 20-40 minutes. You need a bit extra time to show the proctors the room where the exam is done a doesn't have notes or cellphones.

There is no need for the 20 dollar transcript, school only needs the credly badge. They send to your email a pdf of how well you did on the exam that you can show to the school in case they don't award you the correct credits.

Essentially, OPI and OPIc are the same thing, the only difference is that OPIc is done using a computer or online. OPIc is my recommendation, for languages that doesn't have OPIc as an option, then you're stuck with OPI.
