Another option is to be a prospective student and email them that you'd like to get a Level 8 UK diploma for entry and transfer, see what their admissions and registrar may say. I would send it to both teams, I do that all the time with schools, it may seem like a hassle to you and them, but it's just an email, quick and simple.
