You can take e-packs to replace and duplicate your current credits, it really doesn't matter how you play things as long as you have the required credits for the entire degree completed and also the required residency credits, use ACE/NCCRS to make sure all your classes are done, then take the e-packs to replace them, your knowledge/learning gaps will be filled as well if any...

Someone today confirmed that ASU CIS313/Location Analy in Business & CIS309/Business Process Mgmt both come in TESU as CIS-399.

ASU would be better than the Network TECEP since you aren't risking failing the TECEP which would waste time and money.
