Unless something has changed or they've changed their providers because of complaints....
Yes, with your favorite (least) proctor... ProctorU of course!

FYI, don't forget about the local proctoring option. It's available for most TECEPs, except for the ones which have some kind of interactive online media component.

Some of the easiest TECEP exams

Computer Concepts and Applications (CIS-1070-TE)
Introduction to Business (BUS-1010-TE) (I scored 80% on the practice exam)
Introduction To Critical Reasoning (PHI-1300-TE)  (free course you can use to study)
Applied Liberal Arts Mathematics (MAT-1050-TE)
Technical Writing (ENG-2010-TE)
English Composition II (ENC-1020-TE)
The Science of Nutrition (BIO-2080-TE)
Sales Management (MKT-3220-TE) (I scored 66% on the practice exam. Questions seem straightforward. 60% passing score.)
STA-2010-TE Principles of Statistics (Statistics is normally a tough course, but the exam isn't too technical, and the passing score is only 55%!)

I would suggest taking the practice exams to find some low-hanging fruit. If you can score 50% or better on the practice exam, you have a pretty good shot at passing the TECEP.

Thanks for making the server! Currently it only has a #rules channel, which isn't open for people to talk in -- you'll want to make another channel for questions, discussions, etc. I have some experience setting up Discord servers, so I'm happy to help out with anything.

The Welcome bot is not doing what it needs to. I'll get you added to the rest of the server and poke around with it in a bit to see what I did wrong.

Posting a Discord link on an open server like this just invites all sorts of unsavory people and I'm trying to protect the server ahead of time. Smile

Okay, I think I resolved the issue? If you connected to the server and didn't see anything, please try again! Smile

What is considered the "September term" for TESU?

RE: Free TECEP® Exams Available Now (?) - rachel83az - 08-04-2023

The "September term" this year runs from August 28 to November 19, per the TECEPs in my TESU calendar. You may schedule your TECEP(s) for any day(s) within that period.

For reference, there's the calendar with the important dates for each term.

Thank you!

You just need to register for the TECEP exam a month before you take it, correct?

RE: Free TECEP® Exams Available Now (?) - bjcheung77 - 08-04-2023

Yes, pretty much, the earliest you can register is about a month in advance.  It really depends on the calendar dates they have on the link I provided earlier.  For your example of September 2023 Term.  You can register any time from July 28 - August 25 (as long as there is space/seats for the classes you're interested in...)  If you're taking TECEP's, the last day you can possibly take the TECEP exam is the day the term ends.  I always recommend to take the exam at least a week before your term ends, just in case something comes up.

Course registration: July 28 - Aug. 18, 2023
Late Registration: Aug. 19 - Aug. 25, 2023
Term Start Date: Aug. 28, 2023
Term ends: Nov. 19, 2023
