@evenFair23, Was your institution a 4 year college? Some colleges now have the option to finish the entire degree as they partner with another university, these are 2+2 programs or 3+1 programs that bring in students to the college/university because of the partnership. If your UL 4000 didn't come in, it's because TESU thought it was not equivalent to UL, it's all under their discretion to take it or not...

Reason advisor gave me for not accepting my CIS4500 Network Server (In my Other Courses list) for Network Technology at TESU was its being a Community College course. Even though it was a UL 4000 level course at CC.
CC courses are ALWAYS considered LL at TESU - a CC, assuming it's a 2yr school, does not offer UL courses. Only 4yr schools can offer those.

CUNY has both 2 year colleges and 4 year, post graduate colleges. KCC has articulation agreement with several 4 year colleges and universities.

Just checked their website... It really doesn't matter, there is no completion degree option at KCC, the articulations they have are all taking the first initial 60 credits, which means they're going to be lower level. It's funny, Capella's articulation says "fully signed", whereas most of the others really has the signatures of all parties... If KCC had completion programs, they'll offer complete degrees by having that option available, and I don't see any Bachelors on their website.

How many graded courses are recommended to take at TESU for GPA purposes? Are there any easy A courses if someone has met all the other degree requirements? I am working on getting a TESU BACS degree.

Really depends on the person and their current GPA, what they're going to be doing and if they're going to a semi-competitive or non competitive Masters, here are the recommendations on the WIKI: https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Thomas_Edison_State_University

My plan is to do just the Capstone at TESU. Hopefully I will earn at least a B+ or higher in it and graduate with a gpa >= 3.3 from TESU.

Your GPA will only be calculated on what you take there - so your GPA will be whatever your grade is on the capstone.
GPA's don't "transfer" the way credits do. Each school will calculate it's own GPA, and you have that on the transcript for each school.
You can compute an overall GPA yourself with an online calculator (or on Excel). But TESU won't compute that for you.

Is it easy to get an A on the TESU capstone?
If I only take the capstone at TESU and earn a good grade, hopefully I will be able to apply to UT Austin for their MS CS program.
If capstone is not easy then I will probably take UL Software Engineering at TESU as well to make my overall GPA better.

When looking at UT-Austin or GT and their programs, you want to make sure you have an overall GPA that's acceptable, just taking the Cornerstone/Capstone for grades isn't recommended even if you score a high percentage on both of them. Competitive institutions look at everything, you want to have certs, degree, experience, GPA, the whole package is what I'm getting at... Most people have college credits that are RA/graded in addition to their alternative credits at the institutions we recommend, combined - it'll paint a better picture of your cumulative GPA. How does your previous courses look like?
