They would still map to the same credits at the receiving institution and be seen as duplicates. If the ACE evaluations and recs have changed substantially, there is potential for something different. Yes I know they'd be essentially the same credits(though more now, than when I took them originally), but I'd be taking them for continuing education CEUs/CPEs since I'm not planning on transferring to another undergrad degree. RE: Welcome back, TEEX! - ReyMysterioso - 12-24-2022 I retook some and they show up as additional/different credits in Credly. RE: Welcome back, TEEX! - Blckbuster - 01-22-2023 I took some of the TEEX Cybersecurity courses when I read they got their ACE back, after emailing them to get them to grant badges on credly (a poor system IMO) and sending the credly transcript to TESU, I received this response: 01/18/23 We are unable to award direct credit for your Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service credentials because it was earned/completed after the end date of Thomas Edison State University's Professional Learning Review (PLR). However, the University allows students to demonstrate currency with an Professional Learning Review (PLR) credit award in situations where a student earned a credential prior to an PLR effective date period, but believes she or he can demonstrate the body of knowledge represented in the most current PLR report. This approach serves as a hybrid to the traditional portfolio assessment process.
