If so, when? Let us know uf you do and how it goes! Have you met anyone else who graduated from the school and is practicing? Currently, there are a few professors of the school actually graduated from there and also have their law practice. For example, one gentleman was in law enforcement, was a loan officer, currently teaches there, runs a estate planning practice, and actually just hired an attorney graduated from an ABA school. I know there is one lady who graduated end of last year and passed the Feb 2022 bar (we were in some of the same video classes).(07-13-2022, 06:56 AM)life_learner Wrote: As someone who finished the program a couple of months ago, below are something I learned from the experience:Are you planning to take the bar exam? I will keep this in mind. I'm always looking for study tips. An update... I just withdrew. I'm a nurse manager and Covid isn't over. Unfortunately we are still working 10-12 hours a day due to staff being out. In addition, I've been working every other weekend. There just wasn't time. I will probably go back in Spring of next year, as I'll be stepping down to part-time and I'll have some time of my own. I passed the July 2022 California bar exam as a first time taker. It's not easy but it can be done. It has been a busy year. Sorry to all of you who messaged me and got no response, I am not active here anymore. I just wanted to share with you that exactly one year ago I finished my BLS at UMPI and 2 weeks later I was accepted at NWCU. I just finished my first year there and I received my final grades for the first 4 courses, last night. I passed and I am now headed to start 2L next month. Since I had a BLS I am not required to take the baby bar. FYI I am now 51 years old, immigrant and English is my second language. RE: Northwestern California University School of Law - My Journey - gicts - 12-29-2022 It looks like NWCA accepts transfer credits - has anyone explored if these would suffice? lawshelf.com/coursewareview/ RE: Northwestern California University School of Law - My Journey - lumina - 12-30-2022 I wonder how the proctored final exams are handled... |
