RE: TESU BALS and Questions - TexasTink - 09-06-2018

I'm now halfway done and I'm trying to get a plan together for the rest of my credits. I have a couple questions -

1.  When would be a good time to enroll at TESU?  Should I wait until I'm closer or do it soon?  I'm currently at 62 credits.
2.  Am I correct in understanding the Humanities concentration to be any level of courses as long as they're in your AOS?  https://www.tesu.edu/heavin/ba/humanities1
3.  Is it possible to get a double concentration?
4.  Will these Coopersmith Culinary courses be usable for my degree?  The credit recommendation is confusing to me!  http://secularcourses.com/culinary-arts/

Would anyone be willing to look at my degree plan and offer any corrections or advice on the best course forward?  I'm still trying to nail down what courses I want to take for my UL AOS and my Free Electives so there are far more than necessary there.  The color coding is to help me see if I can do a Humanities (pink) or Social Science (blue) concentration.  Also, any recommendations on classes/course providers you enjoyed or ones you would suggest avoiding are more than welcome!

Thanks so much!
