Since you're getting a BSBA with a concentration in Accounting, the MAN-373 course would go into the Core, and the COM-300 course could go into Gen Ed Electives.
As bricabrac says, you should always think about getting courses pre-approved before you take them. But with these particular courses, they've been this for a long time, you should be safe.
