From a learning standpoint, it's completely worthless. Don't take it unless you just need the credits and for whatever reason can't get them elsewhere. If your goal is to learn, the Saylor CS101 course is decent, and the TEEX courses are "ok".
EDIT: Tons of free MOOCs out there as well.
