Degree in Fitness/ Nutrition. - sanantone - 07-03-2013 That article has a point about adaptation to a certain extent. Many peoples are still lactose intolerant. Native Americans are generally lactose intolerant and so are many people descended from Africa, Asia, and Southern Europe. A sibling and I are lactose intolerant. Degree in Fitness/ Nutrition. - cookderosa - 07-03-2013 I wanted to edit/add for clarity that the Bastyr program I posted a link to is NOT distance learning, but it is a regionally accredited wellness-lifestyle-based nutrition degree. That type of degree is probably what the OP is looking for, as opposed to a food science based nutrition degree and or a diet tech/RD path (though Bastyr does offer an RD path); And THAT was my point. I have no interest in debating diet trends, it hurts my head. ![]() |
