I sent GCC a series of questions, hopefully they can take the courses online or via transfer or something else, since travel to Guam is pretty much out.
The website shows that they do have online classes. Let me know how you make out.

Actually I heard back a couple days ago. They require in-person classes to complete that degree. :mad:

Bellevue in fact will accept raw FEMA credits. I just had 7 credits posted to my transcript at Bellevue on today 7/18/11.
