What do you mean with those therms?

Uveg is a great school. It is definitely accredited. Get those transcripts translated to english and send them! UMPI should accept them.

RA = Regionally accredited which is higher accreditation status in the US.

Actfl exams are accepted by the universities in this forum as a quick and affordable way to get college credits. What is really valuable are the UL ones for 3rd and 4th years of college because there's few cheap options to get them online. You will certainly score the 12 credits on the Spanish speaking exam.

  However, I have another question. UMPI replied to my email with some information, and they mentioned:

• My question here is that my high school diploma does not have a cumulative GPA printed on it.
  What options do I have?

You don't submit a copy of your high school diploma. You have to submit high school transcripts which being international probably need to be translated into English and may need to be authenticated by an agency such as WES. 

Yes you will need any international college transcripts to be translated into English and evaluated by an approved evaluation service. UMPI has a list of those who are approved on the admissions link I provided above for international admissions.

What Courses can be acredited with those 12 credits of the Spanish Language speaking ACTFL? and should i pay the $20 extra for the  oficial copy sent to the university?

There's plenty of comments in the forum that UMPI's Spanish language class is brutal and you risk lowering your GPA. Sophia's spanish courses are a good option if you don't mind spending 2 weeks preparing powerpoint video expos and wait flr them to be graded. The advantage of ACTFL is the UL credits which you forcibly need and there's fewer cheap online options to choose from that are accepted by UMPI. I don't know how the Spanish courses are like in TESU, only that each course will cost around 30,000 MXN at the current exchange rate.

Any additional courses from your UVEG transcript that are not deemed as equivalents to TESU or UMPI courses will go into electives to fill out the minimum 120 credits needed to graduate.

For example, the UVEG English course will certainly end up as an elective because it does not match what is taught in US college English 1. What remains to be seen is if it will be valued 2.5 or 3 US credits.
