You'll need to get your MD evaluated, but I agree with everyone else: you likely don't have to start from scratch with TESU. You would only need to complete the credits listed here: https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Sample_TESU_BA_Computer_Science_Plan
However, do not get started on this until your MD is complete and awarded. Put it on the back burner until you have your degree in hand.

if you don't mind me asking , why do you recommend starting after I complete the MD ? is it because it's time consuming or just to have better chances at having more credit through the MD ?

From a TESU point of view, I don't think it will matter whether you complete the MD or not. I think the others simply feel that it would be a waste of nearly seven years' effort not to finish the degree, even if you don't want to persue a medical license. As we've pointed out, a lot of careers will value the medical knowledge in combination with a CS degree.
I'm sure that virtually all of your courses will be count as university credit at TESU, but not all of it will fit into your degree program. The fact that the courses were in French won't matter. You will have to take the required English courses, and you will have to fulfill the English requirements on the international student page:

Basically, having the Bachelors and Masters is all you need, but it's better to finish off the MD as I mentioned earlier since you're just 6 months away from that. You'll be able to transfer all the credits from the Bachelors and Masters towards the general education and electives... All you need are the BACS major and the BSBA professional business requirements, that's it for two additional degrees, these can all be Sophia.org/Study.com combo of classes and 15 residency credits at TESU.

OK, I definitely didn't understand that detail. In that case, by all means go ahead and have your current transcripts evaluated and get started. The only downside would be that you conceivably might have to redo the eval at some point in the future since it doesn't include the MD itself. However, that would only come up if you applied to a graduate program or perhaps wanted to persue a medical license here. Plus that could happen anyway if the evaluator you choose isn't acceptable to that future school. Definitely not a reason to delay six months..

I am hoping that credit from my medical degree would meet some of general education and elective requirements , but I want to start taking CS classes before I send my transcripts .
Commitments: not so many at the moment , .
Dedicated time to study: I would be able to commit around 40-50 hours of study time a week.
Are there any classes missing from my study plan ? and how much credit wowuld I still need to complete the degree?

Because you've completed bachelor's and master's degrees, you likely already have (the equivalent of) Regionally Accredited college credits. You'd need to have your transcripts evaluated by an academic credential evaluator so see what they're equivalent to in the American educational system.
