Update for those who might be interested...
I made some rather large changes to my degree program during last session. I found that I much prefer CJ, Poli Sci and History topics rather than management classes.
This is my current spreadsheet. I leveraged some unused CJ credits I had from previous studies and when I built out the final plan I found I was one class short of a Poli Sci minor. So I said why not do one extra class to get that third minor. I believe this plan will satisfy my Maj/Min requirement, residency requirement and UL requirement.

That's great, it's an interesting option, good for three minors! Business or management isn't for everyone...
